Collection: Ghruta

"Ghruta (or Ghrita) is a traditional Ayurvedic formulation made by infusing medicinal herbs into pure cow’s ghee through a meticulous slow-cooking process. It is revered for its ability to nourish all seven dhatus (body tissues) and support the digestive, nervous, and reproductive systems. Ghruta acts as a powerful carrier (yogavahi), enhancing the absorption and potency of the herbs it contains. Commonly used in internal oleation (snehapana) during Panchakarma, it is also prescribed for memory enhancement, respiratory health, and hormonal balance. Popular types include Brahmi Ghruta, Shatavari Ghruta, and Triphala Ghruta."
